In 1989, J. C. Bailey III and Phillip Galyen established the law firm of Bailey & Galyen. Over the years the firm has expanded to provide clients with neighborhood offices in Arlington, Bedford, Ft. Worth, Grand Prairie, Irving, Plano and Weatherford as well as four offices in Houston and three locations in south Texas, Brownsville, Harlingen, and McAllen.
