Phillip Galyen is a founding partner of Bailey & Galyen, established in 1989. With more than 25 years of experience, Mr. Galyen is a trial lawyer who concentrates his practice in Plaintiff’s Personal Injury and Business Law. He is admitted to the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and the U.S. District Court Northern District of Texas.

Mr. Galyen received his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the Texas Tech in Lubbock, Texas. He did his undergraduate work at the University of Texas, Arlington where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree, with a major in Accounting and a minor in Economics.

Professional memberships to which Mr. Galyen belongs include the Texas State Bar Association, American Bar Association, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, The Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Tarrant County Bar Association. Mr. Galyen is a Fellow, the Texas Bar Association.
