Scott Robelen is a Board Certified trial lawyer who oversees and serves as lead trial counsel on all personal injury litigation files in our Dallas office and handles trials for the firm’s clients nationwide. His practice is devoted entirely to litigation in the areas of Plaintiff’s Personal Injury, Product Liability, Pharmaceutical/Drug Litigation, Medical Malpractice, Premises Liability, Tractor Trialer/18 Wheeler Accidents and Auto Accidents.

With extensive experience on both sides of a lawsuit, Mr. Robelen has earned a reputation as a strong advocate for his clients’ causes in the courtroom. In his 18 years of practice, Mr. Robelen has seated over two hundred civil juries in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and California and in multiple Federal courts.

Mr. Robelen has obtained record verdicts in his cases, many where there had been no offers of settlement. His verdicts have changed the policies of police departments, human resource departments, emergency rooms, universities, and insurance companies in many states.

Scott Robelen is admitted to the State Bar of Texas and is licensed to practice in the United States Federal District Courts for the Northern, Eastern and Southern Districts of the State of Texas.

In 1986, he received his B. B. A. with emphasis in Finance and Economics from the University of Oklahoma. Mr. Robelen earned his Doctorate of Jurisprudence with Distinction from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where he was a member of the honorary fraternity, Phi Delta Phi.

Mr. Robelen is Board Certified a member of the Texas State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Dallas Bar Association.
